Josh Bendor

Josh Bendor defended Virginia Kern in one of her many complaints while at law firm Osborn Maledon. Kern's history is too copious to be reduced to a single case, but in this particular case, she was under fire for a variety of things that happened to a particular Boston Terrier. Concerns included missing or inaccurate records, administering an expired vaccine, and questions surrounding the proper sequencing of vaccines the dog was being given.

Bendor stated that his client (Kern) was very concerned about all the problems and would improve her recordkeeping going forward. He also expressed his client's sheer mortification at discovering she gave an expired vaccine and stated she cleaned out her refrigerator to ensure it didn't happen again. Lastly, he notes that while the vaccine schedule used may not be current, he points out that a technicality could prevent the Board from doing anything about it.
